"Great communications and support, reasonably easy checkin although picking up the key is elsewhere in town. The major issue to be careful of with this apartment is the bizarre choice of ceiling windows with no blinds/covering. In summer in Finland it means you'll have almost 24/7 sunlight streaming into 2 of the bedrooms. Also apartments above can presumably see you in bed."

"The condition of this apartment was a real disappointment. The bed was not in good shape & felt broken, the duvets covers were left on the bed & the duvets eventually found in a cupboard (very DIY), there was only one curtain on the window giving no privacy & letting light in from the well lite courtyard, a table lamp’s bulb had blown & not been replaced, the drain in the bathroom stank, & finally the apartment guidebook wasn’t even for that apartment.... what a complete shambles. "This is a high tech well constructed new property. I love many details of the construction even how well caulking was done. This place speaks volumes about the Finnish culture. Public transportation is right in front of the studio and there is a small grocery store 10 steps from the studio. This is a partially hosted model. We had couple of technical key access glitches that had to be redone. In our case it was not a big deal but I can imagine it can be tricky with young children...
