The staff are amazing. The rooms are very clean and our room was quite spacious. The bathroom is a strange design with a large window to the main living area, but it was functional. At night a nightclub was playing very loud house music that went on until daylight but that was no fault of the hotel.

Friendly staff and very helpful. Were able to help out with tours and advise on when to get to the airport for our next flight. Room was clean and general room serviced daily. Standard checkout of 12pm was excellent. We had one day where bath towels weren’t replenished after a service however staff were very responsive when notified. Door staff were very responsive also with bag collection on pick up and making sure the elevator has been called when they see you walking up the front steps.

The bath was a bit disapointing (low water-pressure), there were some noise from the street and hall and the rooftopbar played very loud music. Everything else was very good, nice pool, breakfast, room and excellent service
