"We stay here regularly however we were put in a room where there was a light outside that kept the room like daylight at night. Disappointing stay and even after my husband complained at 2am, management did not offer us any compensation / option. In saying that, we will always stay here but not in that room."

"Manor 38 is located in Summerstrand Port Elizabeth. The Manor is beautiful, nicely decorated with spacious bedrooms and bathroom, private television, WiFi, etc. It also has two large sitting rooms, one with a large television and fireplace for all guests to use, plus a gorgeous swimming pool. "The Beachwalk is the most charming BnB I’ve ever visited. The property is nearly on the beach, it’s clean and quaint. Each room is a bit unique and opens to a beautiful courtyard and pool. Breakfast is served by the hosts each morning and is plentiful, hot and delicious. The owners are delightful and attentive and absolutely helpful in setting up wonderful tours and activities. This was my second stay and I’ll surely return. "

"From the time that we walked in until we left, our Hosts and their staff treated us extremely well. Our room was amazing and the cooked to order breakfast was well done. Fresh fruit, yogurt, granola many different varieties of tea and at least 6 different kinds of jam were offered. I can see why Amery House has so many great reviews. We definitely recommend staying here."

"For the price paid for a “luxury” establishment extremely dissatisfied! NO AIRCON OR FAN 32degree days, oh its a new place was the response…huh😡 I booked into the wrong Paxton the actual hotel is R700 per night cheaper in a better area with AIRCON!!"
