"Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt gut. Schön wäre es gewesen, wenn bei Ankunft zumindest 2 Kaffeekapseln im Zimmer gewesen wären. Die Rezeption bietet sie an, auch einzeln, was praktisch ist. Die Dusche war etwas unentschlossen, was die Temperatur angeht, das schien abhängig davon zu sein, wie viele Menschen gerade duschen/in der Zeit geduscht haben. In der Umgebung gibt es nicht allzu viel, allerdings ist die U-Bahn nicht weit."

He was very nice to all of our family - including our 2 teenagers. We were there for the Christmas Markets and the location was perfect. "Firstly, the location was perfect for us. We landed at Hamburg and one direct train took us to within 2 minute walk to the front door. It is close to the alt stadt and harbour area, which we frequented, but it is actually quite central to a lot of stuff. The hotel was very nice.
