Overall, decent stay in NYC. We did have trouble with the inconsistency of hot water and the actual temp as it was never hot, just very warm at best, and when we called about it, one man scoffed at us because it was warm at the moment he checked. It wasn’t until I pleaded with another worker that they came in and fixed it somehow. Other than that, it was fine.

Awesome hotel. Cool rooms and great bars/lounge areas. One staff member at cafe in the morning had a terrible attitude toward me for no reason as I guess they wer having a bad day but never be rude to paying customers who did notjing to you

Walking distance from central park and Times Square. Lobby and elevator area not as clean and a bit outdated, but room was clean and spacious.
