"Although this hotel may not be the newest one on the block, the facility and cleanliness were excellent. But what I was impressed with was the staff members' professionalism and helpfulness. They went above and beyond to help me whenever I had questions. The hotel also comes with an excellent restaurant. Their lunch and desserts are great. If I come back to Kochi, I will stay here again. "Location is a bit far from the central station but extremely easy to reach using the local tram cars. Beds are simple, clean, and comfortable. Laundry machines are available and cheaper than at other places I've stayed. Free breakfast and dinner are a nice perk. Staff are incredibly friendly and can speak English as well. This was a very nice experience and I will definitely stay here again if I have the chance to return to Kochi."
