"Great and very helpful serive by front desk. Hotel has two towers Kealohilani and Paoakalani, we stayed in Kealohilani which is closer to beach access and has good ocean views. Many shops inside the hotel are very convenient to grab food. Breakfast is over-priced instead you can get something much cheaper right outside the hotel. Their Queensbreak restaurant was good and not over-priced for lunch. Hotel had a separate kids and adults pool which was good for families with kids. Our king size bed seemed much smaller but overall room was clean and new. At checkout we were offered hospitality and shower room access due to late flight was definitely helpful. We would stay there again."

"From registration to checking luggage and getting transportation, the staff was friendly and very helpfu!! Our room was very welcoming, clean and comfortable with an amazing ocean view. To top it off, we were greeted with a beautiful rainbow the first morning we stayed. Superb!!"

"Property was spacious and very clean. Had a beautiful view of the ocean. Restaurants were on site or many in surrounding neighborhood. Easy to get to. Parking was expensive but expected. "

"First time visit to this hotel and Hawaii. Hotel was very nice and everything was in walking distance. Decent food options but my kids are picky eaters. Its was warm but a little chilly for me to get in the ocean. I may come back when it’s warmer, I’m from Texas so I need it hot before I get in the water. Would definitely stay here again. "
