"I really enjoyed my stay in Vienna. The positive aspects of this hotel were that its location was good (close to the underground, close to the tram station and about 15minutes away from one or two very nice parks). The feature i was disappointed about was that the bathroom was way too small! One person could barely fit inside, the shower didn't work properly and the sink leaked quite a bit."

"The hotel location is not a good and safe area. It is very difficult to find parking. There is no AC. Kitchen is small. Not enough amenity provided. We have to save the toilet paper for three night stay. One bedroom is extremely small. It is barely fit one double bed. Not space beside the bed."

"As was stated several times: there was no way to get in the front door (to get to the lock box). I had to ring apartments and fortunately got #3 to open the front door for us. There were no directions as to how to get to the apartment or how to get to downtown Vienna (which most visitors want to visit); and there were no nearby grocery stores to be able to use the kitchen etc. We ended up leaving a day early to rebook a place near the airport so that we could catch out flight home on the next...
