"Stayed in a king suite for 2 nights. Room was large and clean with basic kitchen supplies available. Only complaint was that the room was very cold and the heat did not work in the bedroom. Was told by staff that the bedroom heating/air unit was not supposed to ‘put out heat’ so we had to turn the heat up to 72 degrees to get the bedroom temp to be 66 degrees. "This was our first time in Austin. We decided to stay here for a night. Walking in atmosphere was friendly and clean. Receptionist man was super friendly. The only complaints I have is that we had booked for a 1 King Bed room. When we got into room 212, we saw 2 beds..
