"This is not what I thought. The staff have a hard time with communication. The room was dusty with spiders. I was put in the bottom level with a parking lot view. The castle was not busy. Sauna was nice and the pool was nice. Food was really good. "

"The hotel reception staff is kind and helpful. The room needs a facelift. Beds and bathroom especially. Upon entering it smelled old, but after airing out the room it got better. "The hotel has a great location. You can get by foot to the town centre in about 15 minutes and the beaches around the hotel are way less crowded than in other parts. There is also a bus station close by that will get you to Binz station as well as surrounding towns and the Rasender Roland. The hotel itself is surprisingly large with a lot of amenities on offer that we didn't have time to check, but there are plenty of restaurants and bars as well as fun activities within the hotels perimeters....
