"What a beautiful hotel, the most gracious staff and amenities. A little farther out from the main downtown Hue area but we didnt mind. We also rented a scooter one day and rode all around, for only 200k ($10) which the hotel brought and reserved for us! The gym and pool amenities were great. the surrounding area is very quaint and quiet, but perfect for families and couples who dont plan to stay out and about. "

"Every staff member showed genuine care and concern for their guests. Incredible hospitality all around. Each time we returned from being out and about, it felt like we were coming home. There is construction happening in front of the property and it is truly a shame, but the staff and amenities more than made up for this. Food was also excellent. " A lovely oasis in Hue! I highly recommend. Lovely pools -- one for kiddies and one for adults seeking quiet. The hotel had a very relaxing atmosphere and the grounds are lush and beautiful! The staff are very attentive. The breakfast buffet (included) was the best I had while in and that's saying a lot. To get to the center of town it only took about 12 minutes in a Grab taxi. I appreciated not being in the town center of Hue, which was hectic while fun. Cyrstie, the best conciege ever. "

"Delightful stay. We loved the room, it was spacious, light and lovely to sit on the balcony. Quiet, peaceful surrounds. Many mosquitos around the area. Great to have free bicycle use, although some bikes needed a good service. Breakfast was ok, slightly limited for vegetarians, a fruit plate would be enjoyed for each guest.
