"Estadia boa. Faço uma observação, falta de material de limpeza, pano de chão, desinfetante, pano de prato só tinha um. Considerando que eles não fazem troca de toalhas, poderia ser informado antes. Sugiro colocar um aspirador de pó para facilitar a limpeza pelo hóspede, já que eles não limpam. No mais, foi tudo bem."

Apparently a disconnect between the individual apt owner, hotels.com, and the front desk. Also pool was never open yet—one of the main reasons we selected it. Also property is not a hotel.
