Negatives: The multiple rows of speed bumps at the gated parking area are pointlessly excessive. Just one row at the entry would be enough. "They are remodeling and the materials had an odor in common areas. In the room, no smell. The room was a studio and very comfortable and well appointed. The bed was very comfy. Furniture seemed to be new and in excellent condition. I am a single woman and felt safe. I thought the $5 parking fee was BS. The hotel is in a neighborhood, not downtown. It seemed to be a money grab. I have stayed here in the past when it was another company. The location is good. Quiet."
