I had a great stay at Laguna Praia. For me, during the hotter months, a good AC and good shower really help the experience. Laguna had both. Friendly staff, great breakfast, and laundry service (extra fee) were extra nice. Two things to consider - bed is on the firmer side (I slept fine) and you’re steps away from beach walk so there can be some people noise at night (which was fine for me). Overall, wonderful stay in JP at Laguna.

The hotel is nice and well located. The main feature, the reason why I booked it, and in fact the picture on my reservation is the rooftop pool that was closed for maintenance. I would not have stayed there if I knew about. Staff was no helpful and just told me Expedia knew about the maintenance. Overall, staff (excluding the nice people working at the restaurant) was a major problem. I was barely greated cordially, I was not acknowledge as gold member or offered any perks for being one. I was neither offer any compensation for the pool closure. Quite frankly, I do not see the point of being a good member.

Espetacular, hotel incrível e impecável!!! Quase todos os pontos do hotel são espetaculares, café da manhã esplêndido sempre surpreendendo diariamente, funcionários interativos, educados, receptivos... não há adjetivos para definir a equipe do hotel. O quaeto também é esplêndido, limpo, amplo e arejado, sistemas de canais a cabo com muitas opções, banheiro grande, com a máxima certeza esse é o meu hotel em minha próxima viagem a João Pessoa. Único ponto, pelo valor das diárias do hotel, o estacionamento poderia ser de graça, uma cortesia... uma pena, não é, então se quiserem utilizar o estacionamento do hotel, preparem o bolso.

A possibilidade de upgrade de quarto da categoria gold foi ao contrario, nos colocaram num quanrto no primeiro andar, em cima da cozinha que nao tinha como abrir a porta da varanda devido ao cheiro de comida, além disso o quanto ficava em frente a todos os motores de ar condicionado do hotel e do hotel do lado. O armario faltava uma porta que emperrava. Nao tinha cofre. Pedimos a colocação de um no dia que chegamos. Ficamos por 5 noites e nem deram atenção ao nosso pedido. A piscina é minúscula. Se chegar uma família de 5 pessoas ninguém mais usa. O atendimento dos funcionários é muito bom, de todos. O café da manhã é muito bom e farto.

Excelente estadia. O hotel é muito bom. Quartos espaçosos, cama confortável, roupa de cama e toalhas muito boas, limpeza muito boa e diária. Café da manhã excelente com muitas variedades e gostos. Fornecem diariamente toalhas para piscina/praia sem custo adicional. Localizado na melhor região da cidade, com acesso a restaurantes, barracas de praia, feira de artesanato e próximo a duas igrejas católicas com missas diárias, Paróquia Santo Antônio de Lisboa (700m) e Paróquia Nossa Senhora de Guadalupe (950m). Mas o que chamou mais atenção no hotel foram os funcionários. Todos alegres, simpáticos, prestativos e comunicativos. Um plus a mais para o atendimento das mulheres do café da manhã. Gostei tanto que voltarei.

Serviço terrível que discrimina estrangeiros

Sou coreano e já cheguei cedo ao hotel e esperei o check-in antes de entrar no quarto. A equipe da recepção sabia que eu era coreano, e apenas toalha de rosto foi colocada no banheiro em sinal de orgulho. Acho que eles tomaram essa atitude porque já sabiam que as toalhas do tamanho toalha de rosto eram usadas principalmente em países asiáticos. Mas este é um serviço que discrimina ridiculamente os estrangeiros. O pessoal da recepção disse que documentos como recibo poderiam ser emitidos no momento do check-out, mas no momento do check-out recusaram categoricamente e nem sequer fingiram me ouvir. Acho que esse hotel é bom para os brasileiros, mas discrimina os estrangeiros.
