"It's a nice place to relax at the beach (pretty much private) but when we got there there was nobody at the lobby we have to walk around for they to let know the lady, there were new guests. Water in the shower is not strong and doesn't have a spot to put wet clothes. You only get one towel per guest! At the beginning the lady at the lobby asked me if I had allergies wich was good but once the food came out they forgot about it... so idk what was the point in asking that... when u order food or...

"Room was advertised as a "Deluxe" with king bed. Sadly, the room was on par with budget hotels, lacked wash cloths, had a queen bed, no light bulb in the bathroom socket, and was very small. There were cobwebs in the corners of the bathroom and the towels pretty run down. The employees were very nice and beach lovely, but definitely not worth the price paid. We paid less at Bocas Olas and had a gorgeous view, king bed, and absolutely gorgeous facilities. Pretty bummed. Finally, the wifi code...
