"Friendly and cosy hotel with good breakfast, and 5mins from Shin Okubo station. Easy to check in and small but comfortable room. Kabukicho can be a bit loud in the early hours of the morning (lots of parties and people on the sesh) but the hotel itself was lovely and great to stay in."
