"Grumpy staff, not willing to help and not even trying to speak another language but german. Very little info in english or other languages. Horrible wi-fi, and you constantly have to log on to hotspot. Suggestions: -Open some ceiling windows in djungelland and the restaurant "street", the heat is too much! -Maximum 3 hours in the pool area? Come on! "Great room, nice hotel building and great location for the ferry but bathroom was filthy with the shower area, around the floor and near the toilet looking like it hasn't been cleaned in years. Some sort of proudly-displayed "Green is the new clean!" but I'd strongly suggest going back to old-fashioned cleaning instead of letting nature take its course in a hotel bathroom.
