"In all honesty, I have never been to a hotel where all the staff were so kind, generous, hard-working, accommodating and hospitable. The front desk, lobby staff, catering team, house-keeping and pool deck—every person was absolutely wonderful that I was deeply moved. It left such a powerful impression on me. I got a strong sense that the hotel was a team effort. Due to an unfortunate turn of luck, I got sick on the first day and spent most of the duration of my stay bedridden or on the deck...

If you're staying over Christmas/New Year, the extra effort with decorations and evening schedules is really lovely - the best I've experienced. "unfortunately our room had a very bad smell, also the bed, the sheets and der pillows. don't know if it was mould or wallcolor or both. except of the bed an a very very tiny wardrobe (that also smells awfull) the room was empty. don't trust the "nice" guy called sasha or alexander. he will try to rip you off, I asure you! ;)"
