"In all honesty, I have never been to a hotel where all the staff were so kind, generous, hard-working, accommodating and hospitable. The front desk, lobby staff, catering team, house-keeping and pool deck—every person was absolutely wonderful that I was deeply moved. It left such a powerful impression on me. I got a strong sense that the hotel was a team effort. Due to an unfortunate turn of luck, I got sick on the first day and spent most of the duration of my stay bedridden or on the deck...

"Highly recommended!! The location is great, my room was spacious and well equipped, the food is plentiful and delicious and all the staff are happy, friendly and totally adorable!! If you're staying over Christmas/New Year, the extra effort with decorations and evening schedules is really lovely - the best I've experienced. "This property is scam. Absolutely dirty, I don’t feel like recommending it. I want my money back. AC didn’t work, leaking water from AC vent. Dirty towel, spiders in bathrooms, broken taps We were 16 people, and our stay was horrible."

"unfortunately our room had a very bad smell, also the bed, the sheets and der pillows. don't know if it was mould or wallcolor or both. except of the bed an a very very tiny wardrobe (that also smells awfull) the room was empty. don't trust the "nice" guy called sasha or alexander. he will try to rip you off, I asure you! ;)"
