"There's a lot of negative experience while staying there 1) There's no water supplied when we just moved in, we need to contact them and wait for them to send a water truck to refill the water tank. 2) Electricity has a free of charge quota. there will be additional charge once it hit over the quota. "The staff at Kamala are lovely and helpful. The views from balcony amazing and big aircon villa for low price. The sheets needed changing though which they were happy to do and there was no hand soap but they provided everything else wonderfully. I would stay again. "Here’s the deal, I think things are either 1 star or 5 star. I don’t think the stay deserved a 1 star, but it’s a huge stretch for a 5 star. The place definitely is nice for the price and you can tell people who have stayed have been rough on it. The communication with the property manager was good, they are quick to respond.
