Karimabad Packages (Flight + Hotel)

My bathroom sink was not cleaned and had hair in it when I arrived. The bottom of my shower curtain was heavily stained. The foldable luggage rack was broken. I called the front desk because my refrigerator was not working and I could see flashes of light behind it. You would think this would be an emergency but nobody ever showed up to fix it (it was my last day but in four hours, nobody checked on it when it could have caused a fire. Housekeeping staff were extremely helpful and nice. I love the location of the hotel with the Promenade and High Roller close by. I loved every restaurant I tried. I also loved the High Roller and the view of the strip. It was just the issues in the room that were my only negative experience.

Grandeur Caesars Palace is the heart of Vegas.

It was fine but at the end of my trip I rushed to leave the room and left a very expensive necklace on the dresser. I called the hotel immediately later that day when I realized what I did only to be told that nothing was found. My fault no doubt but a trusting staff at a nicer hotel probably would have turned it in. It ruined my entire stay.

Great clean new property with great service. Definitely coming back especially for the spa.

TI was a little dated but clean& provided all that’s needed to have a comfy stay.Beds were comfortable. It has lots of restaurants, coffee shops, shows, and plenty of gambling stuff. Nice stay.
