"We stayed 4 nights in an ocean suite as a special way of ending a 2 1/2 week trip in Thailand. The place was as amazing as I had imagined it to be. "This property was just magical. Identical to the pictures but better in person! The staff were so accommodating and kind. The grounds were amazing. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the location is quite far from everything we had planned, which I did not know but I still would stay here again, especially since I wouldn’t be doing everything a first tome visitor would. You want to relax and wander the grounds in amazement I definitely recommend here!"

"Although some areas of the property could be refreshed, the unit we booked is still very nice and represents very good value relative to the rate we paid. Also, our early checkin and late checkout may seem like a small thing, but it added immensely to our flight schedule and ease of travel. Without a late check out, it would’ve added several hours of what is already an extremely long day travelling back to Vancouver."

"I'm going to start with the two negatives... it is a REALLY long ways from the Phuket airport. We flew in during rush hour and it took us 2 hours to get to the resort - 2 hours of very unscenic views, to put it mildly. Continuing in the unscenic view vein, the little town that you go through right before the resort and can walk to easily, the highlight is the 7-11. It's pretty seedy and a lot of rude tourists from one country in particular. BUT... once you enter the property, it all...

"There was nothing unique about the place. Buffet was below average. Most of staff spoke Myanmar and very little English. Made for long check in. Staff didn’t know what the other staff was talking about. Catered to a certain clientele and we were sort of pushed aside. I would not recommend it to family or friends. 👎👎👎"

"The place is falling apart.its not a boutique hotel..you’d be better sleeping in the street in a shop doorway.air con not working,sheets very stained..holes in the floor,serious trip hazards everywhere dining room a complete joke..I felt sorry for the friendly staff that had to constantly keep apologising for everything.."
