Even the in-room phones look like they’re from 1990. If this resort did a revamp they would be unstoppable. Also all of the property food and neighboring restaurants were very just ok and very expensive. You have to take a cab to other areas for better local food. "Had a good stay had pool access room which was good across from massage place. Nice and quiet. But the pool bar was not very loud very loud music we were the only ones there we love to talk to people at pool bars. And no pool towels at property was a little issue . Great location and the little Laneway was great for meals and drinks "

"We are a family of 5. With 2 teenage boys and 1 7 year old girl. The family room suit us amazingly. Absolutely loved. Staff were so friendly. A 7/11 just opened up within 100 metre walk whilst we were there which is great. Couldn’t ask for more. Would definitely stay here again. "

"The blueco was in great location easy walk to Karon beach and kata beech the hotel had very friendly staff Joy was very helpful nothing was to much for her. The rooms well I stayed in two different ones the first one was perfect smart tv so could get Netflix and the second not as nice but very similar but not great tv. We don’t go on holiday to watch tv but I was I’ll do it was great "

Novotel Phuket Kata Avista Resort And Spa

"Amazing experience at Novotel Kata Avista. We were staying in a family room as travelled with our 2 children. The room was great with wonderful little gestures for the children. The hotel catters very well for the little ones - the kids club, rooms, breakfast, small swimming pool etc. The only drawback would be that the hotel is situated on a steep hill but this didn't bother us and even the children managed to go up and downhill twice a day. The hotel offered free shuttle to the beach but honestly, it is so close that it is not worth using it. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby."
