"Wonderful location. Property was clean and well kept for the most part. Rooms need door mats due to what the trees drop on the ground getting tracked in on shoes. Room could have been more clean upon arrival."

We booked an expensive boat ride, and the concierge told us breakfast and lunch would be served and even took our lunch orders. Neither meal was served and our party (including children) was uncomfortable and hungry. "
