"Came here for one night with my husband. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were awesome! Everyone was helpful and friendly. I love the location in Kelowna. Family long weekend the hotel had many activities planned for the kids which was awesome. My only thing was the cleanliness of the change room and pool. There were towels everywhere in the change rooms. It definitely Looked like no one was cleaning or doing rounds. The towel holder in the pool area was falling apart. I spent...

The gym had some great equipment. The unit itself was not stocked well for 6 people. Lack of mugs etc and did not have a kettle. It said aircon but the only aircon was in the lounge so the bedrooms were hot. "
