"It's a good location, but the air conditioner did not work very well and the TV was not operative. The refrigerator did not work either but they did exchange that for a working one when I brought it up. The bed is very firm but I feel like that's standard in Asia and I kind of like it. Clean and good location to see all the touristy spots. "

"Great place for anyone on a fairly low budget. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, the dining area also very nice. The breakfast was simple but decent. Corn flakes, eggs and omelettes, fruit etc. The room was average, nothing luxurious at all but perfectly nice with a pretty comfy bed, decent air conditioning and no noisiness at night. It's actually a very quiet set back location in spite of being only 5 mins walk from Khaosan road. Connects to Rambuttri aly, which feels nice and chilled...
