"The hotel is situated on the edge of the main road that serves the main restaurant and shopping areas. Taxis are available nearby if you want to go further afield, restaurants and shops are in walking distance from hotel. The immediate Hotel beach is a small area that has a limited number of bed loungers tightly positioned together. Not the most comfortable set up! Hotel policy states that guests should not reserve these beds but unfortunately the policy is not enforced leading to guests...

"This was my second stay at this property and it was another great one. The family rooms are spacious and have most things you need. We opted for the oil access in the Aqua wing and it was a great experience. Breakfast is amazing, wonderful food and choices galore. Loved the fish feeding experience daily for the kids We had lunch at the the Manta Ray and Coconut/Talat and it was lovely. Great portions. We also ate dinner at the Floating Market for a special fire show evening which was lovely ....

"We had a fantastic stay at Khao Lak Laguna Resort. The rooms were excellent, and we stayed in very high-end bungalows just a minute's walk from the beach. The breakfast buffet, included in our room, was great and offered a variety of delicious options. The resort's location is ideal, with just a five-minute walk to town where it's easy to catch a "song thaew" (taxi) to nearby sites.
