"Staff were attentive and courteous. We upgraded and used the Chambers Lounge which was a great experience. The food, drinks and breakfast in this lounge were plentiful. We went to the Station Bar in the evening which had a great atmosphere although the drinks are a little pricey, but well worth a visit if you are staying here."

"Very professional polite staff with great service. Excellent price. Not as impressed with the room this time compared to last stay. Bed was very uncomfortable with no headrest just a hard wall. Bedding also very basic and uncomfortable. There also was not tabletop surface around the sink in bathroom so had nowhere to put toiletries which was frustrating and inconvenient. Would definitely stay again but request for same room as previous stay. "
