"This property at best a 2 star hotel. The grounds were dirty abd the report was shoddy with ongoing construction everywhere.. The staff was extremely cold and un helpful. It’s out in the middle of nowhere but not a place where you can sink in and relax. I hardly write bad reviews, but if you are used to 5 star or luxury resorts. Be aware this is not it. The area is very run down also. The surrounding mountains are charming, the resort is not. We left 2 days early with no reimbursement."

"My advice to you is AVOID booking in this place! Nothing matches pictures on the website! I came late at 11 pm. One of the staff member smelled horrible. Took me to my room , on the way I found : dead cockroach , on my room door there was lizard . Inside the room the smell was horrible, bedsheets smells horrible and stained. I had to argue with none speaking English staff for half an hour to make them change them ! AC was not working . I had to wait one hour and half to get someone deal with it...
