Cons - outdated furniture. -the pillows smelt old too - always hosting different meetings. Wasnt really a problem for us because we were out all the time, but most of the restaurants would be blocked off for conferences alot while we were there -alot of lizards and other bugs and critters around -the resort photographers were terrible. "It was a property where we could truly experience the renowned reputation of Banyan Tree, and the accommodation we stayed in satisfied every member of our family. The friendly service of the staff left a lasting impression. One thing to note is that I had read in several blog reviews that, when choosing a dinner course at the Saffron restaurant, there would be options for appetizers or desserts. However, on the day of our visit, only a fixed menu was served. I wasn’t aware that this had changed....

"Only staying here for one night due to wanting to stay closer to the airport since we got an early out the next day. But when I return to Phuket again, I would stay here longer. The hotel is modern, rooms are big (my buddy and I have our own rooms), two air conditioners in each room (trust me... you'll need both!), views are great... what amazing are the three roof top pools with the view. A short 10 minutes Grab taxi to the Phuket Mall to shop and eat. "
