"Blue Bay seemed like a lovely place to stay but they overbooked their hotel. We planned on staying with them for 4 nights including New Years. We reserved 3 rooms that opened up the pool. We wanted an extra special New Years as a family so we spent more than we usually do. When we arrived they told me I had booked a different hotel. "This hotel is absolutely stunning! The views are amazing if you get an ocean view. It’s as close to the ocean as possible and there are several nice restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful pools and yummy breakfast buffet. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Only two dislikes: 1) Room service food is not good and is quite expensive. 2) When you charge items to your room, any tip will go to the hotel rather than to the actual person who served you - very inconvenient and a little dishonest."
