"We only stayed for 2 nights and that was enough. We weren't at the hotel much so it wasn't a big issue. One day we had no water in the room, the air conditioner leaked water and drenched our suitcase which was under it as there wasn't much space to put it anywhere else. Breakfast was near inedible but the burgers were delish. Great place just for having somewhere to sleep. "

"Was a good place to stay as a solo traveler. Felt comfortable. Breakfast is worth the cost. Main negative is aspect is a couple things that make it feel like a prison: sounds from the hallway seemed loud because sound echoes and comes through the door which felt a little intrusive, also the bathroom is very no-nonsense. "Considering I found a great deal for my 6-night stay, I was very happy with my stay. Room was clean and spacious, breakfast was included, and was walking distance to Bangla Rd. Staff were also lovely! Would stay again"

"The only good this place is location. Staff were rude and obnoxious. No help at all! The place was filthy dirty and there is no way you would swim in the pool. Green and dirty. Had several people complain that things had been stolen from their rooms. Give the place a wide berth!!’ Over priced and under delivered "

"We thought we was booking a high class hotel but it was not that much, the furniture was a bit old though in good conditions, some of the staff with no the best standards, we ordered 3 coffes in the swimming pool bar, and the waiter took 15 minutes talking untill he started to make them.. Swimming pool closes at 7pm,Why so early?, but again the staff takes you out like if you was a thief making a crimen."

"Such a beautiful resort and the perfect location. Close enough to Patong beach but also just far enough away from the wild party that is Bangla walking St. Staff were amazing and breakfast buffet was incredible. Our room was great, devine view, comfy pillows, air-conditioning. "

Second stay

"Second visit to the hotel great as always. We had 2 bedroom suites which was great for family of 4. Only main issues are the swimming pool chair hogs. Towels put down over night or super early when it’s dark but they don’t actually turn up till after lunch - the pool staff should monitor this if not returned to bed in 1 hour remove the stuff."
