"Ace location, a easy walk anywhere in Chaweng. The property is split between bungalows and a new Annex building, there's a swimming pool and restaurant right at the beach. We booked a deluxe room and stayed in the Annex building. The room was spacious and could easily fit 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 kids. They also gave us daily bottles of water and it was very clean. Unfortunately, although our room had a balcony, it was facing the apartments in the building next door. "

She made me feel home, welcome and this shows the training and quality of the staff here and ensure all clients have a wonderful time."

From expediting our room after a whole night of travel to their warm and friendly, eager to assist manner throughout our stay, these staff are really an asset to the resort. The location and amenities by the beach and the heart of Chaweng are amazing. 11/10 would stay here again even if the room and decor could do with a bit of upgrading. "

"Staff were very friendly & helpful. Always smiling. Bed was so comfortable. Torrential downpours with flooding in large parts of the Island with Power outages but lights stayed on here. Unfortunately as i was largely confined to the room, the wifi network & tv internet could use a boost. "
