"Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. The people in the reservations room that they direct you towards right away were a little rude and then hid behind a language barrier when asked for clarification. Front desk staff refused to honor a discount on room cost becaus when I signed up for 3 diving certifications “because I booked through Expedia” and then proceeded to charge me full price directly. "Loved the most the layout, design and location of the resort. The lighthouse design was so cute and like nothing we have stayed in before. There were only a few rooms on the property which made it feel secluded and peaceful. With a restaurant and infinity pool just 5 steps away from our rooms we couldn’t have asked for a better stay on koh Tao. Staff were so kind and helpful. "
