Расположен отель за чередой гаражей( Приехали ночью- даже жутковато стало, куда это мы попали.. Возмутило то, что на 2 взрослых и 1 ребенка мы забронировали номер на 3 взрослых, так как по правилам отеля ребенок старше 7 лет считается взрослым, а по прибытии в отель нам сказали, что оплачен номер за двоих, без доп.места(( На наш вопрос- как вы предполагали на 2-спальную кровать уложить 3 взрослых человек, ведь нигде не указано, что третий это ребенок, вразумительного ответа не получили.. Пришлось на месте доплачивать еще за доп.место, чтобы не быть выгнанными на улицу в час ночи. Звукоизоляция в отеле отсутствует- ощущение, что стены из картона. И невыносимая жара- даже при выключенной батарее невозможно было находиться в номере с закрытым окном.

корпуса гостиницы разбросаны, а о таком противоскользящем средстве как песок -наверно не знают, чтобы добраться из одного корпуса до ресторана , или до другого корпуса нужно было преодолеть ледяные горки, атракцион своего рода. Персонал приветливый, завтраки вкусные.

ВСЁ-началось-с-цены.В-отеле-цена-оказалась-выше-чем-на-сайте-hotels.com.Причём-в-отеле-сказали,что-это-не-первый-случай,когда-сайт-неверно-указывает-стоимость.Хорошо,что-найти-отель-легко,есть-указатели.В-номере-не-очень-чисто,но-не-сказать,что-сильно-грязно.Всё-необходимое-есть.Мебель-очень-сильно-бьётся-током.

Отель из серии «квартира на час». Номера эконом совершенно не предназначены для проживания. Отсутствуют окна и вентиляция, находиться невозможно. В номерах стандарт очень тесно; кондиционер может самостоятельно включиться в любое время и очень шумный. Завтраки отвратительные, продукты используются самые дешевые, посуда в ресторане очень плохо моется ( на стаканах следы от губной помады, на вилках остатки пищи). Администрация все претензии отвергла. Короче, какой-то притон...

Я тебе такую умную сейчас вещь скажу..Я-"ЗА"
Отель,скажу я вам,друзья,очень хороший...всё по высшему уровню..здесь вам и кондиционер..и телевизор с 48 спутниковыми каналами,хотя,если в Калуге у тебя есть более важные вещи,то время на просмотр не остаётся..Халаты мягкие белоснежные в наличии на вешалке в ванной комнате..фен-пожалуйств..шапочки для душа?..хм,конечно-пользуйся)Ресторан с вкусными блюдами ждут вас..ресторан при гостинице...сауна тоже имеется...расслабиться после экскурсий по городу-мамое то..замок в номер-электрлнный ключ..карточку в слот засовывать не нужно...прилонил и бац-ты в номере...В общем и целом-двумя руками и двумя ногами я "за"..за то,чтобы вам посоветовать остановиться в этом отеле в ваш приезд в славный и древнийигород Клоуна))) С радостью на ♥,Максим

В целом мы остались довольны и самой гостинницей и номером. Несколько портит впечатление подъезд (разбитая дорога, нет указателя с "центральной" улицы),. Ночью в нгомере было нормально, а вот днём - душно. Администратор сослалась на сезонное отключение кондиционера. Завтрак - хороший_ вкусный и плотный. Но можно было бы разнообразить стол. Отдельно хотел бы отметить администратора Ингу ? очень доброжелательная и заботливая девушка! Мы торопились вечером. Она помогла оптимизировать нашу поездку в город как советом, так и делом.Спасибо ей от нас с сыном!

Нормально!!!!
Отель состоит из 2 корпусов. Парковка большая и это плюс. Рядом какое-то военного заведение, поэтому постоянно ходил военный патруль. Расположение отеля: до центра и обратно дошли пешком, кому 5 км не страшны, то можно обойтись и без общественного транспорта. На выходе из отеля есть стойка - там мини-рекламки, по которым можно найти основные достопримечательности Костромы . Заселили без проблем. Номер стандарт: прихожая и комната. Относительно чисто, полотенца на всех дали. Есть шампунь, гель для душа, зубная щётка и паста ( мини-версии). Холодильник и фен рабочие. Стенки в отеле из гипсокартона, поэтому слышно даже как кашляют в соседнем номере. Обычный завтрак, голодными не уйдёте. Оценки из 5: номер - для такой цены 4, чистота -4, расположение - 4, обслуживание - 5 ( девочки на ресепшн очень отзывчивые). Если кто-то берет дополнительное место - советская раскладушка ни о чем, вмещайтесь на кровати )))
