I like the room size consider big compare to other hotel. Daily room make up service is good. Transportation just right below. 6-8min walk to dotonbori and tourist spot is very convenient. Hotel staff is very friendly and will help to solve your need whenever you ask. Window with unblock city view. Very antique lobby and front desk. Overall very happy staying at Hotel Monterey Grasmere Osaka! 9/10

Property was brand new with washer in the room. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside is the distance to nearest train station is around 500-600m or 10 min walking to Namba. Also, no luggage delivery service was available at the hotel at that time.
