"We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. The room was very comfortable. The only negative point was that soon after we checked in we noticed that the underside of the toilet seat was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned, we contacted reception twice about the problem and it took 40 minutes before anyone arrived to clean it. "I absolutely loved staying at Marina! The hotel is in the main walking strip of Ao Nang, with heaps if food and shopping options around. The staff was absolutely lovely, they helped me with some private matters and I am so grateful for it! The room was spacious and had a little balcony which was nice. Overall the hotel was very quiet and everyone was very respectful. Nice pool too even though I didn't use it. I would come back!!"
