"Check in was easy - we were upgraded on arrival to a suite which was a pleasant surprise. The room was equipped with a mini bar (we didn’t use this) but did have the complimentary waters. Excellent in terms of space. It was warm though even with air con but we didn’t mind this too much. Hotel is walkable distance to main square - 10 min to Old Town. "A lovely hotel with good sized rooms. The breakfast buffet had a very good selection, with views into a central garden area. The desk was manned 24/7, and car parking was available at front of the hotel, should you need it. It’s about 10-15 mins walk from the centre of Krakow, and close enough for many tours to offer hotel pick-up from here. The only thing I was unsure of was the frosted glass door into the toilet/shower room. Not a problem for a couple, but maybe a bit odd for a family. All...
