Pros: -Clean and well-maintained rooms. -Accessible for people with special needs. -Convenient location, just 15 minutes on foot from the Old Town Square, perfect for exploring Krakow. "A brilliant stay and cosy apartment, along a street with a supermarket and a short walk away from the square in Old Town. Had all the necessities for a good stay but didn’t have loo paper so an FYI! Also, can be quite noisy if people above are moving about in the night."

"Wow. Just wow.. 2nd time at this apartment! Absolutely beautiful.. we stayed at room 9 2 bedroom, dining room, living room, spacious, immaculate there is also a lift… the breakfast has a variety for everyone and nothing is to much trouble, very tasty. The staff are so helpful & friendly, sorted out transfers home for us. The old town is just around the corner from the apartments…also central to some quirky bars and restaurants.. Had a brilliant time and would definitely recommend and return.."

"We stayed in a lovely one bedroom apartment with sofa bed and we loved it. The location was perfect in the heart of Krakow Old town. The only downside is it was quite noisy outside late at night and so we couldn’t have windows open, but that was a small price to pay for everything else being perfect. "

"The location is really good just outside of the Old Town and a few mins walk from Wawel Castle The staff were really lovely and answered all my questions and suggested things to do in the area There was a little lounge room that anyone could use that had books and DVDs to borrow, there were DVD players in the room. I didn’t use it but there was a computer and printer available to use in the lounge too Would highly recommend staying here!"

"A beautiful hotel in Krakow Old Town, the rooms or should I say suite was lovely, the breakfast was delicious and there was a good choice. The staff were very helpful. If you are driving, you can leave your keys at the reception and they will park it for you (for a charge), this was really worthwhile and took away any parking stress. The hotel was well situated for exploring Krakow on foot and there were many nice restaurants and cocktail bars nearby. "

"Located between Krakow Old Town and Jewish Quarter, this was perfect walking distance to everywhere. Suite was massive, Spotlessly clean with mini fridge in the room too. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to family and friends It was perfect. Breakfast each morning from 7am was also magnificent and set us all up for the day ahead. FIVE STARS ***** "

"Absolutely fantastic hotel. Our suite was huge with an incredible bathroom. It’s a beautiful building and the spa is really cool. The staff from start to finish were brilliant. We were picked up from the airport and it really set the tone for a great stay. We will definitely stay here next time we visit Krakow "

"Perfect location, walkable to all sights of old town and Jewish quarter. Nice petit bar up the street. Available parking in front of hotel, worth the price for the guaranteed parking spot. My only caution is that it’s not a walk-in shower. Tub is high and awkward, shower head is located in the corner and does not have wrap around tub enclosure. "
