First of all the lobby was nice and room also. That's about the structure. But the staff's are not customer friendly and kinda rude. And the parking space is available at basement of the hotel but it's not really easy accessible. As we have to go out of the hotel and climb few narrow space for the dark staircase heading to basement parking. It was really disappointing for that. I will not even will choose over the hotel again. While checking in they don't even have my booking details.

Housekeeping service needs improvement
Hotel is clean and affordable, the housekeeping service is a bit disappointing. They actually forgot to tidy the bed and clean toilet bowl!
Hotel front lobby on renovation and there is no signage to inform Grab or Taxi driver where to wait!!! It is a one way direction and no u-turn because it is along the expressway.
i had to walk 100m under drizzle rain from the hotel to Grab car.
Could be a very nice hotel but upkeep of the facility is very bad , quality of facility work is Indonesian standard , work done without supervision !
No hot water , as improvement , do not provide bar soap , wasteful , provide soap in
Liquid form in dispenser . People managing the hotel are very nice and courteous!
