"The walk to the hotel from the Kusatsu bus station is not a mere 8-10mins or so, esp with luggage in tow and that it’s a bit steep to get to this hotel. Definitely not for older folks!! "確認したい時にもすぐ連絡が取れ対応が迅速でした。施設は快適で家族10人の期待を満足することができました。 「時」に泊まりましたが、トイレが同じところに並んでいるのは、ちょっと不便。人数が多いと、バスルームがひとつなのも、不便でした。それ以外は備品も最高！また是非泊まりたいです。"
