"Over our stay was very enjoyable. This is a lovely family resort. Staff and everyone working at the resort were very friendly and always smiling which I absolutely loved. Very clean and big resort. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Our rooms were very clean and spacious only issues was the T.V and WIFI played up but it didn't stop us from having a lot of fun resort did compensate us.. Huge range of drinks but felt it was a bit diluted even kids fresh fruit juices. Pool was a lot of fun and those huge koi fishes in the pinss were so beautiful.Besides these minor things overall I would definitely come back to Bali Dynasty. We went in September so it was nice and not over crowded. Walking distance to markets, Spa"s , restaurants, DM and lots more. The highlight of Bali Dynasty was their staff, God bless each one of you. "

"Hotel was good, staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast was very good so must book it in advance. Location is a bit odd as it's in a narrow alley so be careful when you walk at night, do not carry or wear any valuabke items at all. Otherwise it's close to Kuta Beach, under 10 mins walk."
