"Very well maintained and well located. There’s an amazing train museum which is something not to be missed. Easy access to buses as well as to the station is definitely a plus. Lot of good restaurants on the property itself and the onsens made the stay extremely satisfying "

"This hotel is perfect. While it was small, it was still big enough for a family of four. We loved that it was literally right across the street from Koto station which itself is a sight to see with the awesome bridge and all of the architecture in the station itself. It was super easy to get anywhere in town. Also we Uber eats from a Thai restaurant to the room and it was amazing. It’s a really great upscale hotel with a lounge open to all guest with books and tea coffee and matcha!"

"We enjoyed our stay immensely. We were first greeted at the door to introduce us to the no shoe policy and they cleaned the bottom of our suitcases. The onsen was very enjoyable. The beds are comfortable. The shower was great. This is a large hotel, but it never felt over crowded. "

"Really nice property with friendly staff. The hotel is located in the perfect area. Lots of shopping and food nearby but it’s just off the Main Street so it’s quiet at night and not too busy just outside. The only downside was we got a room with no view. Would have been nice to actually have a view."
