The spa is great and the in house shop too! Nikki beach never disappoint in any country! I would def return! LOVE it!"

The resort is nestled up in the mountains, making it a peaceful retreat, but getting in and out requires either renting a motorbike or calling a Grab. The climb up and down is quite steep, though the resort provides golf cart pickups, which helps a lot. A special mention to the team for their incredible support when we had a motorbike accident—they were beyond helpful and went out of their way to assist us, even accommodating our extended stay. Their kindness and care during a stressful time meant so much to us. "This property was beautiful. Staff and service excellent in all areas. It is a bit far from shops so if you want to get out and about it’s not the easiest. Have a plan for that or start up a grab account (an app like uber). If you want to pool hang and relax, this is the spot for you. "
