"Perfect! BUT there has to be done something about the elevators. Wait many minutes to go up or down is not acceptable. We noticed that people was frustrated about this and was we also. BUT besides of this everything was perfect. How can you find this charming, helpful an politel staff! Impressing!"

"We had a family suite and it was a large space. The staff were professional and very efficient and friendly. The hotel was in a convenient location about 5 mins to the ferry terminal or rail. "
