"We recently stayed at the Kandy Citadel Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were comfortable, well-maintained, and offered a pleasant stay. I want to give a special mention to Sadun Fernando, one of the servers, who provided exceptional service. His attentiveness and friendly demeanor made our breakfast experience even more enjoyable. "This was a stopover in Kandy for 1 night. Property is really nice with an infinity pool and amazing views. The rooms were large but do need an update as they look a little tired. Perhaps a quick paint will change them completely. Bathroom was very nice Staff were really nice Food was average but we are comparing this hotel to our amazing hotel in Sigiriya "

"This hotel has spacious rooms and lovely windows to look over the city. What was absolutely outstanding was the customer service and genuine care from staff. We needed to extend our stay on our day of check out after being hospitalised in kandy. The staff organised everything and even waited until we were discharged from hospital at 1230AM to hand deliver us our room key and make sure we got in safe. "
