"While at the hotel the fob programmer for the keys broke down. We were not provided a key for the room until the last 12 hours of our stay. We had the security guard open the room for us every time (he was nice). When you check in the request you wear a bracelet. There is no other reason other than access to the hotel for the bracelet. "Clean and very convenient hotel, right on the Playa Norte malecón. Wonderful, helpful staff. Note that there is a lot of traffic and banda noise; you get used to it after a few days. "The hotel was very quaint, authentic Mexican decor with an artist’s twist. Very beautiful. Bed was comfortable and our room was plain but had all of the basics. Washroom was small, step in shower was great. Only one bath towel each was provided and there were no hooks to hang anything to dry. "Despite the poor reviews about communication with managers, we actually got into our place right at 3:00. It might have been a challenge if we hadn’t been right there waiting. It was a quaint and comfortable place, that seemed to have an interesting history. Very close to main plaza. Kitchen had the basics. It would have been nice to have 5 gallons of filtered water available and at least one kitchen towel. Overall a comfortable stay."

"This was solid and clean place to stay. The condos are new and clean. They are very nice for the price you pay. The beach is literally a block away with a beautiful view if you walk over. I have no complaints about my stay there. Some people may feel a little uneasy about walking through the basement parking garage after hours to access their room, as the front entrance is locked in the evenings.
