Washing machine available for a fee of 30baht, dryer 10 baht per cycle. You may need multiple cycles for your cloths to dry. We booked two 2-bedroom apartments and the hotel staff were flexible with placing the rooms close enough to each other. The rooms we stayed in had no cooktops but we had microwave ovens. Walking distance from a big 7Eleven and another store. We had a generally pleasant experience."
