"Very convenient location. Right in the middle of all great shopping malls. Walkable to MBK mall, Siam Paragon Mall, Central World etc. Super close to Skytrain where you can take the skytrain to anywhere you want. Eg. Terminal 21 Mall, Phayathai Station can lead you to airport rail link to Suvarnabhumi airport. Service staff is very friendly and helpful. Value for money international breakfast buffet. Room is clean and housekeeping to make up the room daily with clean towels, bottled water, toiletries. However, there is some concern on the security, anyone can take the lift and gain access to hotel floors. This can be improved by installing security lift access system."

"Fantastic location next to Terminal 21 so easy access to everywhere in Bangkok via the Metro or the BTS Good choice at breakfast Great sized pool but get in early for proper swim i.e. 6.00 am Good gym and sauna steam spa facility but beware of the jacuzzi it will scald you it is so hot! Friendly efficient staff especially the young lass in the Park breakfast restaurant who very kindly shared her experiences in Laos our next stop after Bangkok- thanks very much to all of you"

"Beautiful hotel with great staff. Especially the guys on the door. Super helpful. The only downside was the bed felt damp during the night as if the air con wasn't removing the moisture. The control only allowed adjustment of the temperature. Other than that I loved it"
