"The location was great, the windows of the room was not adequate. Only one of 3 windows could be open and when you open thw window /thwre was no acxess to walk from the bed. The AC was none existance and on 49F temp evening the room was 73F inside! They switch us to another room at 11pm, but temp was probably 70f blowing hot air . Their Wify was Very Slow!"

"Only stayed for one night due to late flight. Staff were very friendly.We were picked up from the airport with in minute of calling which was great. Apartment looked good and well equipped. Coffee table was damaged this didn't matter to us but it cheapened the look of a very nice apartment I think it would have been better had it be removed. Apartment was clean and beds were comfy. It was extremely hot when we stayed. We struggled with no Aircon and only one fan so slept with balcony doors...

"Quiet, comfortable apartment conveniently located. Access to all the sites in Basel are easily accessable, either on foot or using the trams stops just steps away. The apartment was spacious and included all the necessary amenities. We particularly appreciated the in-suite laundry after being on the road for some time. Living room had 3 sofa beds - instructions provided to allow them to be flattened. Apartment was clean. "Average accommodation. Specifically booked as it said parking available. True but 300 yards away in a multi story! Also was a nightmare to find by car. Inaccessible in actual fact.
