"This was not what we originally booked, we booked a hotel with a pool & restaurant, 3 weeks before I was informed the hotel had changed is name & the link provided to their website still stated a pool & restaurant. Upon arrival we found no pool & restaurant & was still charged the same price with these facilities short! Shame we were misled in this way as the property was nice & the gardens & hot tub were nice! "Excellent base for exploring Bonifacio and surrounding magical beaches. Cannot speak highly enough of the manager/owner who was very helpful and friendly. If I was going to suggest ways to improve i would say the apartment needs a more substantial bin and a small fridge in every room would be great (we did only pay for an economy room though). "This is a beautiful property with great amenities. The gardens were outstanding. The reson for a low score is the uncomfortable bed and the low pressure shower that felt like someone was sprinkling water on me. The service was outstanding as well. Overall if a hotel doesn't have a comfortable bed and a good hot shower, then it's not a good hotel, sorry!"

"Excellent frieny communication from receptionists before and throughout stay. We stayed in the ecolodges which were brand new and finished to a very high standard. Nice quiet area and relaxing green spaces/gardens between lodges. "Our villa reservation got upgraded, so we got a bigger place which also looked newly renovated. It was very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was nice too, but we found a better breakfast at another hotel for 1Euro less. The staff was very friendly. All in all, it was a great place to stay."

"We enjoyed our stay very much. Great location to assess beautiful beaches (e.g. Saint Cyprien) within 10min drive. A car, however, is necessary to go to the supermarket or bakery. Easy to find lots of parking space on the property. The apartment was very clean in general and requests - the private pool made loud noise one day - were responded to basically immediately by very friendly staff. Amenities like the seemingly brand-new kitchen with Bosch appliances, the BBQ grill on the outside deck, the private pool and the coffee machine were great. The view from our bedroom onto the distant coastline was amazing and we loved to wake up with the sunrise every morning. Two minor suggestions to improve the overall experience is to remove the small mold spots in the shower of the master bedroom and to better close off the visual barrier between the units in the pool area. Overall, we highly recommend the Résidence Pierre & Vacances Premium Les Terrasses d'Arsella and would definitely come back. "
